Join the ASU Hispanic Research Center, the ASU Art Museum, and the University of Arizona Center for Creative Photography for a discussion of "Chicano/a/x Prints and Graphics: Selections from the Hispanic Research Center's Collection, 1980-2010" and "Louis Carlos Bernal: Retrospectiva," on view now at the ASU Art Museum and UA Center for Creative Photography.

Brittany Corrales

Brittany Corrales serves as Curator at ASU Art Museum, where she organizes exhibitions and oversees the museum's encyclopedic collection of prints and drawings in the Jules Heller Print Study Room. Corrales's research areas include works on paper and intersectional feminism. She holds an MA in Art History from Arizona State University and a BA in Art History and Spanish Linguistics from the University of Arizona. Corrales previously held positions at the Phoenix Art Museum and Skystone Foundation.

Lizzy Guevara

Lizzy Guevara is the Photographic Education Fellow at The Center for Creative Photography, where she has been developing public programming and contributing to research for Louis Carlos Bernal: Retrospectiva. An architectural and exhibition designer based in the Sonoran Desert, she holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona. With over a decade of design experience her diverse experience includes roles in merchandising, floral design, and art handling. Most recently, she contributed to several conceptual architectural master plans for residential and commercial projects. Working in a multitude of scales, her work emphasizes place, cultural narratives, and traditions, while exploring how space and time can tell meaningful stories.
